When can I access my storage unit?
Whenever you need to! We offer true 24-hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Your gate code works around the clock.
What are your office hours?
Monahans Storage is a remotely managed facility, which means we don't have traditional office hours or a manager sitting at a desk on-site. However, our customer support team is just a phone call or email away to help you with whatever you need.
How do I rent a unit if there is no one in the office?
It's incredibly easy! You have two options:
- Rent Online: Browse units and complete your rental right here on our website.
- Use the 24-Hour Kiosk: Visit the facility and use our automated kiosk. It works like an ATM, allowing you to choose a unit, pay, and get your access code on the spot.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. Even though we are remotely managed, security is our top priority. The facility is fully fenced and gated, requires a personalized access code for entry, and is monitored by security cameras 24/7
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access means you can drive your vehicle straight up to the roll-up door of your storage unit. It makes moving heavy furniture or large quantities of boxes much easier since you don't have to carry them down long hallways.
